Prof. M. N. Mohapatra, B. Sc.Engg.(Mechanical), M.E. (Production Engineering) from U.C.E, Burla, Principal of the Institution. He has a teaching experience of 22 Years and served in different Degree Engineering Colleges. He has been teaching operation Management in premiere Management Institute of Orissa as a visiting faculty since 1989. His major areas of interest include R&D Management, quantaitive methods. Research Techniques and productivity management.

He provides a high level of knowledge skill and experience on various topics. He always tries to bridge the gap between the faculty and students. He provides stimulus skill availability to the students and has an ability to inspire confidential boost in the subordinates in order to have maximum cooperation from them. Also he has the ability to see the Institution as a whole to recognize iner-relationships among the staff and students and the interaction among the institution and industry to achieve the desire mission and objective of the Institution. His motivation skill inspires the students to do what the Institution wants to do.
