Prominent personalities from industry are being invited to interact with the students. Professor K C Sahu, retired Professor of Management, IIT Kharagpur and Visiting Professor of California University, USA delivered a lecture on Planning – A Perpetual Pursuit for Perfection.

Mr. S C Jena, Senior Manager (HRD), Orissa Hydro Power Corporation delivered a lecture on Personal Development and Competitive Advantage amidst a scintillating interaction with the students.

Mr. Binod Gopal Mukherjee, Branch Head, Motilal Oswal shared his knowledge of Indian Capital Market with the students.

Prof. N.C. Kar, Dept. of Business Administration, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar delivered a lecture on Emerging Trends in the field of Business Management.

Prof. K. B. Das, Dept. of Applied Economics, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and Mr. P.S.S. Vidyasagar interacted with the students on the theme Indian tiger vs. Chinese Dragon – Benchmarking China.

Mr. P. Srikant, Asst. Manager (General Insurance) delivered a lecture on Ethics and Values in Indian Industry.

As part of the ongoing programme of frequent interaction with the industry, the students visited the Indian Charge Chrome Limited (ICCL) factory located at Choudwar and interacted with the management and workers over there to get first hand information on managerial practices in an organization of repute. The students also visited the plant of Trupti Drinks Private Limited.
