    To develop the graduates with a sound foundation in management fundamentals necessary for knowledge upgradation which will lead to management innovations.

    To ensure that the graduates of the program will have the required set of management competencies and will demonstrate high level of interpersonal and ethical responsibility.

    Ability to integrate basic marketing concepts like product life cycle, adoption, segmentation, branding, pricing, distribution, and market communication and use it for effective marketing decisions.

    Ability to use and analyse the financial data and information while making critical decisions regarding the working performance, resources allotments and financial position of a company.

    To empower students to become proficient in the key functions of Human Resource Management viz: Human resource planning, Recruitment and selection, Performance management, Learning and development, Career planning, Function evaluation, Rewards and Recognition, Industrial relations, Employee participation and communication, Health and safety, Personal wellbeing, and administrative responsibilities.
