Important Guidelines for the Degree Recipients
👉REGISTRATION
  • The degree recipients willing to attend the convocation and receive the degree certificate in person must fill up the Registration Form along with the requisite fee of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only).
  • The degree recipients not willing to attend the convocation and receive the degree certificates in person must submit the registration form along with the requisite fees of Rs 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only).
  •  
👉VERIFICATION
  • The University will arrange to provide the Academic Robe for the occasion at the Convocation after verifying your Original Identity Proof with photograph (e.g. Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/ Voter Id Card).
  •  
👉ROBES
  • The students who have registered for the convocation and willing to attend, will get the Robe after verifying the Original Identity Proof.
  • To avoid possible embarrassment to degree recipients (Registered Students), it is worth mentioning that the request for issue of academic robes will not be entertained after 5:00 PM of 30th January, 2026.
  • Academic robes will not be issued to proxy.
  •  
👉DRESS CODE
  • The following dress code is to be strictly followed for Degree Awardees on the day of Convocation.
  • Male Students: White Colour Full sleeve plain formal shirt and Blue coloured formal pant.
  • Female Students: Saree (Ivory / Cream Colour)
  • The degree recipients are requested to wear proper footwear (Black Formal Shoes) befitting the occasion. Sports shoes are strictly prohibited in the Convocation Ceremony.
  •  
👉TIME
  • Degree recipients are required to occupy the allotted seats at Jayshree Auditorium of the University sufficient before the commencement of Convocation i.e. before 12:10 PM on 31/01/2026.
  • The lunch for the registered students will be arranged on the day of convocation from 11.00 AM to 12.00 Noon at Academic Block –III, School of Engineering and Technology (SOET).
  • The Convocation Ceremony will be followed by Ceremonial Refreshments.
  •  
👉ACCOMMODATION
  • Accommodation may be arranged only to the degree recipients on prior request (before 29.01.2026) to Administrative Officer and Program Manager.
  •  
👉REHEARSAL
  • All Registered students willing to attend the Convocation must attend the Rehearsal on 30.01.2026 around 09:30 AM positively in Jayashree Auditorium failing which they will not be allowed to attend the Convocation ceremony on 31.01.2026.
📝 Registration
  • The degree recipients willing to attend the convocation and receive the degree certificate in person must submit the Registration Form with a fee of ₹2500/-.
  • The degree recipients not willing to attend the convocation and receive the degree certificates by other means must submit the Registration Form with a fee of ₹3000/-.
✅ Verification
  • The University will provide the Academic Robe after verifying the original photo ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID, etc.).
🎓 Robes
  • The students who have registered and are willing to attend will get the robe after verifying the original identity proof.
  • Requests for issuing academic robes will not be entertained after 5:00 PM, 30th January 2026.
  • Academic robes will not be issued to any proxy.
👔 Dress Code
  • The following dress code must be strictly followed by all degree awardees:
  • Male Students: White full-sleeve plain formal shirt and blue formal pant.
  • Female Students: Saree (Ivory / Cream colour).
  • Proper footwear (Black formal shoes) is compulsory. Sports shoes are strictly prohibited.
⏰ Time
  • Degree recipients must occupy allotted seats in Jayshree Auditorium before 12:10 PM on 31/01/2026.
  • Lunch for registered students: 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon at Academic Block–III, School of Engineering and Technology (SOET).
  • The convocation ceremony will be followed by ceremonial refreshments.
🏨 Accommodation
  • Accommodation may be arranged only for degree recipients on prior request (before 29/01/2026) to the Administrative Officer and Program Manager.
🎤 Rehearsal
  • All registered students willing to attend must attend the rehearsal on 30/01/2026 around 09:30 AM positively in Jayashree Auditorium.
  • Failing to attend the rehearsal will result in not being allowed to attend the convocation ceremony on 31/01/2026.

It is mandatory for all degree Recipients who have already received their Robes to bring the same to the convocation. Failing which you are not entitled to enter into the convocation hall.

Last date of registration : 27.01.2026 (12:00 Mid Night)
