Welcome to the DRIEMS University Convocation Registration portal. By accessing and using this portal to register for convocation and make payments online, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. Eligibility

1.1 Only eligible students who have successfully completed their programs and received confirmation from DRIEMS University are permitted to register for convocation.
1.2 The information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date.


2. Online Payment

2.1 All registration fees for the convocation must be paid online through the university’s secure payment gateway.
2.2 Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. No cash payments will be accepted for convocation registration.
2.3 Ensure that you double-check the amount before confirming the payment. The fee amount is non-refundable, except in specific cases as outlined in the refund policy.


3. Registration Confirmation

3.1 Registration is considered complete only after successful payment and receipt of the confirmation email or message from DRIEMS University.
3.2 It is the responsibility of the registrant to verify that they have received the confirmation. Contact the university immediately if confirmation is not received within 48 hours of payment.


4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Registration fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
4.2 In cases of technical errors during payment or duplicate payments, students may request a refund by contacting the university’s accounts department. All refund requests must be submitted with valid proof of payment.
4.3 Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days.


5. Data Privacy

5.1 DRIEMS University is committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected during the registration process will only be used for administrative purposes related to the convocation.
5.2 The university will not share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.


6. Technical Issues

6.1 The university is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions in the online payment process caused by external factors, including but not limited to, internet connectivity, payment gateway downtime, or user device errors.
6.2 In case of payment failure, students are advised to retry or contact the university’s technical support team for assistance.


7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Students are expected to follow all university rules and regulations during the convocation event. Misconduct may result in denial of participation.
7.2 Ensure that you have all necessary documents and identification on the convocation day for smooth participation.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 DRIEMS University will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this online registration system.
8.2 In case of disputes, the decision of the university administration shall be final.


9. Amendments

9.1 DRIEMS University reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Continued use of the portal after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
