Dr. Ratidev Samal
Associate Professor
Dr. Ratidev Samal presently holds the position of Associate Professor in the School of Management at DRIEMS University, Cuttack, Odisha. He earned his Doctorate (Ph.D.) from Berhampur University in 2016 and has successfully qualified the UGC-NET examination. Additionally, he possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT).
With over 16 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Ratidev Samal has made noteworthy contributions to the advancement of management education. In recent years, he has served as a faculty member at several esteemed universities both within and beyond the state of Odisha.
Dr. Samal is the author of three academic books and holds three registered patents. His scholarly work includes numerous research articles, conference papers, and book chapters published in reputed indexed databases such as SCOPUS and Web of Science. He is currently supervising two doctoral scholars and actively engages in teaching a range of subjects within the Marketing domain, including Service Marketing, Product and Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Retail Management.
A strong proponent of student-centered and technology-integrated pedagogy, Dr. Samal consistently strives to equip students with contemporary knowledge and practical insights, ensuring they remain informed and competitive in a rapidly evolving academic and professional landscape.
