Ms. Neha Nilam is an academic professional and researcher in the field of pharmacy with active involvement in pharmaceutical and dermatological research. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at DRIEMS University, Tangi, Cuttack. Prior to this role, she gained four years of academic and teaching experience at AIPET, Kendrapara from 2018-2022. She is also actively involved in research at SOA University, Bhubaneswar where she has been engaged in research activities for the past three years from 2022-2025. Her current research focuses on photoaging biomarkers, UV-induced skin damage, anti-acne formulations, and marine-derived bioactive compounds. She has contributed to scientific manuscript preparation, review article development, and innovative cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulation research. Her academic interests include dermatological pharmacology, cosmetic science, pharmaceutical formulation development, and translational research aimed at advancing therapeutic and skincare interventions.
