The School of Nursing successfully organized an Awareness Programme on “Prevention and First Aid Management of Animal and Dog Bites” on 10th December 2026 at Padmini Auditorium, DRIEMS University. The session was led by Dr. Aurbinda Samantray, HOD, Community Medicine, DRIEMS Institute of Health Sciences and Hospital.
The programme was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Sj. Balaram Kar, Dr. Bhakta Charan Pradhan, Er. Shishsir Kumar Sahoo, Prof. Shushant Kumar Das, Prof. Loknath Behera, Mr. Nirakar Sahoo, Er. Shushant Kumar Sheety, Dr. Prathima Prakasam, and Prof. Premlata Devi.
