Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sahoo is working as the Dean, School of Humanities & Social Sciences at DRIEMS University, Odisha with over two decades of rich academic and administrative experience. He holds a PhD degree in Linguistics, with a distinguished career dedicated to teaching, research and institutional development. With more than 20 years of teaching experience at the Undergraduate and Post-graduate levels, Dr. Sahoo has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a deep commitment to student learning. His areas of specialization include English Language Teaching (ELT), Linguistics, Syntax and Business Communication. An accomplished scholar, Dr. Sahoo published several research papers in reputed national and international journals. He has also presented papers at various academic conferences and seminars contributing meaningfully to scholarly articles. At present, three research scholars are working under the guidance of Dr. Sahoo. As Dean, Dr. Sahoo is committed to fostering academic innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration and a research driven culture within the school. Under his leadership, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences strives to nurture critical thinking, ethical values and global competencies among students, preparing them to excel in diverse professional and social environments.
