Dean’s Message

Welcome to the School of Agriculture at DRIEMS University, where we nurture the future stewards of our planet’s agriculture and food systems. At our school, we are committed to excellence in education, research, and community engagement in agriculture.

Our mission is to equip our students with not only the latest knowledge and skills in agricultural sciences but also with a deep understanding of sustainability, innovation, and global agricultural practices. Through hands-on learning experiences, cutting-edge research opportunities, and partnerships with industry leaders, we prepare our students to tackle the challenges and opportunities of the agricultural sector in the 21st century.

Welcome to the School of Agriculture at DRIEMS University, a future leader in agricultural education and innovation. We offer comprehensive undergraduate program that blends academic excellence with hands-on training in the key areas of Crop Production, Horticulture, Crop Protection, Crop Improvement and Social Sciences. At DRIEMS, we are committed to preparing skilled manpower and future leaders who will tackle global food security challenges through technology innovation, production sustainability with profitability and successful entrepreneurship within the ecosystem and climate change boundaries.

Mission

M1: Providing basic and strategic knowledge on agricultural science through rigorous academic course curricula.

M2: Developing high end Field Demonstration and potential Experiential Learning Units (ELP) for effective hands-on training of the students

M3: Equipping the students with practical skills, ethical values and leadership qualities essential for the Farming Community and Agricultural Industries.
