Mr. Swagat Subhadarshi

Mr. Swagat Shubhadarshi is an agronomist specializing in integrated nutrient and weed management. His research includes rice–greengram systems, baby corn agronomy, and protected cultivation. He manages hydroponics, nursery units, and experiential learning programmes. He is an emerging academician with multiple publications in agronomy. Mr. Swagat Shubhadarshi has actively contributed to multiple academic and institutional responsibilities, serving as the Head of NAAC Criteria–3 in the accreditation committee, Sports Convenor for college events, and Placement and Final-Year Coordinator. He has played key roles in student experiential learning as the Manager of the Nursery Management ELP Unit (2023–24) and the Protected Horticulture ELP Unit (2024–25), guiding several batches of students in practical agronomy, hydroponics, and nursery development. Additionally, he has coordinated RAWE and Agro-Industrial Attachment programmes, demonstrating strong leadership in academic administration, student mentoring, and hands-on agricultural skill development.
