Mr. Subhasis Mohapatra
Assistant professor
Er. Subhasis Mohapatra is presently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at DRIEMS University, Cuttack, Odisha. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Biju Pattanaik University of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha, India. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha, India.
With 15 years of teaching experience and 5 years in the industry, Er. Mohapatra has made valuable contributions to academia and research. Mr. Mohapatra has published three journal articles, two patents, and four conference papers in reputed Scopus-indexed publications. Additionally, he is the co-author of five books covering topics such as IoT, Machine Learning, MATLAB Simulink & Applications, Algorithm Design Techniques, and UNIX Shell Programming.
His research interests include Soft Computing, IoT, Java, Search Engine Optimization, Web design, Machine Learning, Algorithm Design and Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence. His current research focuses on designing hybrid machine-learning models for meteorology and disaster prevention, quantum computing, usability in human-computer interactions, web-based health monitoring, and text mining.
