Building Understanding, Strengthening Academic Excellence
DRIEMS University hosted the Faculty Induction Programme 2026 at the Padmini Auditorium, bringing together newly inducted and existing faculty members for an insightful orientation on the University’s systems, academic standards, administrative processes, and institutional practices.
The programme was graced by the presence of distinguished members of the University leadership and academic administration:

The induction programme went beyond a conventional orientation, providing faculty members with a comprehensive understanding of the University’s working ecosystem. The sessions covered key areas including the University system and academic parameters, innovation and research, accreditation readiness, ERP-enabled academic administration, quality assurance, and effective examination practices.
The discussions highlighted the importance of an integrated academic ecosystem where teaching, administration, research, innovation, quality assurance, and technology work together to achieve institutional excellence.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Gourab Kumar Panda and Mr. Pabitra Nayak, Assistant Professors and Event Coordinators. Dr. Gourab Kumar Panda anchored the proceedings, ensuring the smooth conduct of the programme.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Pabitra Nayak, acknowledging the valuable guidance of the University leadership and the active participation of faculty members.
