The Robotics Club of DRIEMS University was inaugurated on 20 January 2026 at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, marking a significant step towards strengthening innovation and hands-on technical learning on campus.
The inauguration was graciously led by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Prakash Kumar Hota, in the esteemed presence of Dr. Alok Ranjan Biswal, Director IQAC, Prof. Dr. Nayak Ranjan Samal, Dean, School of Engineering and Technology, Dr. Deepak Ranjan Biswal, HoD, Mechanical Engineering, along with all HoDs, faculty members, and enthusiastic student club members.
The club has been formed with the vision of fostering practical learning, innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and industry-ready skills in the fields of robotics and automation. It aims to empower students to develop research-driven, application-oriented, and socially impactful technological solutions, preparing them for future challenges in advanced engineering domains.
