A New Beginning Towards Learning, Growth & Transformation
The School of Management, DRIEMS University, organised Aarambh 2026 – Students’ Induction Programme for the newly enrolled MBA and BBA students, marking the beginning of an exciting journey of academic learning, personal growth, professional development, and transformation.
The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Chairman Dr. Pramod Chandra Rath, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Dr. P. K. Hota, Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Ramakant Sarangi, Mrs. Chinmayee Rath, Director (Coordination), Shri Balaram Kar, Director Administration, Advisor Prof. (Dr.) Susant Kumar Das, Shri Lokanath Behera, Director, Student Relations, and Prof. (Dr.) Raghunath Sahu, Dean, School of Management.
The presence of the University leadership added significance to the occasion and provided the students with an inspiring start to their academic journey. The dignitaries shared valuable thoughts and guidance, encouraging the students to pursue their aspirations with dedication, discipline, confidence, and a commitment to continuous learning.

An Inspiring Session on Personal & Professional Growth
The second session featured Mr. Arvind Das, Motivational Speaker and Soft Skills Trainer, who conducted an engaging and interactive session for the students. Through his motivational insights and practical perspectives, he encouraged students to build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, develop a positive mindset, and approach challenges with determination.
His inspiring session added energy and enthusiasm to the programme and encouraged the students to recognise their potential and work towards becoming confident and capable professionals.
