DRIEMS University successfully organized an insightful Expert Talk on “From Learning to Earning: Skills, Internships and Pathways to Employment”, aimed at empowering students with practical knowledge and industry-oriented career insights.
The session featured Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Mohapatra, CEO, World Skills Centre, Bhubaneswar, who shared valuable perspectives on skill development, internships, practical exposure, industry readiness and emerging career opportunities.
Through an engaging and interactive session, students gained insights into bridging the gap between academic learning and professional requirements. The expert emphasized the importance of developing relevant skills, gaining hands-on experience through internships and preparing strategically for the evolving employment landscape.
The session motivated students to take a proactive approach towards their careers by identifying their strengths, building industry-relevant competencies and making the most of available learning and internship opportunities.
