By following the path of this North-East India has organized a fashion week-2024 on 27th and 28th of January,2024. It was held at Guwahati in the premises of the SOUTH POINT SCHOOL CAMPUS, BARSHAPARA, GUWAHATI. The organizer Prasant Ghosh of Northeast International Fashion WEEK (NEIFW) was aimed to spread social awareness through fashion shows.In this show DRIEMS university Fashion Technology students participated. They have showcased their unique way of fusion creativity through this.The main concept of their representetion is “ Odisha Fashion Fusion(OFF)” inspired by the rich heritage and crafts tradition of Odisha, India. The collection draws from the vibrant art and craft forms of the region, combining traditional techniques with contemporary design to create a unique fusion.
